Father and sone-in-law real estate team Randy Ora & Gabe Cole brin similar core values to their approach in meeting the needs of their customers. Their focus is on building a loya client base by offering exceptional service thoughout every transaction, and their efforts have been rewarded by a growing number of satisfied clients and numerous professional accolades.

Randy brings an extensive retail sales background to his career as a REALTOR. He joined his family's business at a young age, working wvery Saturday from the time he was ten-years-old though high school.  Eventually, he became the president of the family's Southern California-based retail company. The move was a turning point in his professional life, as Randy soon realized that leading others in a corporate enviornment wasn't his ultimate career goal. "I wanted to reap the rewards of the efforts that I was putting into the business," he explains. " In a corporate leadership position, I feld a sense of disconnect that left me wanting for more."

Randy says that he knew he had the opportunity to crate a successful career for him in real estate. "I hae always been able to relate with people, and my background in marketing, advertising and promotions was a natural fit with the business," he observes. So he decided to begin the transition into real estate. While maintaining his five-day workweek as a corporate leader, he began to work weekends as a sales associate. In 1997, his clientele base had grown enough that he was able to dedicate himslef to the business full-time. He left his corporate position, and never looked back.

With a thirst for knowledge and a desire to get into the fast lane of the real estate industry, Randy met with a mentor every morning at 6am for two years, learning the basics of success from an accomplished professional. The meetings set teh tone for Randy's ongoing belief in the value of formal coaching and mentoring in helping him to constantly improve upon his level of client service.

Gabe earned his real estate license at just twenty one years of age, while he was completeing his studies in real estate finance and development at USC's Marshall School of Business. He says that his interest in the industry comes from his family's background. His great uncles were among the biggest developers of Marina Del Ray in Los Angeles, his parents and grandfather invested on a smaller scale, and growing up, Gabe frequently visited open houses and model homes with his family. When he met the wonam who would eventually become his wife, she introduced him to her father. Under Randy's tutelage, Gabe looked at residential real estate though new eyes. "Before then, I wasn't sure if my future was in the residential or commercial business," he says. "But working directly with people, being a part of the exciting and emotional process, has had a major appeal , and i'm very happy in the residential field."

In the year prior to his graduation, Gabe spent weekends working with his future father-in-law while maintaining a busy academic course load. "Randy mentored and trained me," he explains. "I worked open houses with him and had the wonderful opportunity to "shadow" him and to expand professionally from both his years of life experience and his success in the business world. Because he trusted me, he never held back. Randy has taught me the ropes, and the knowledge I have gained has provided me with an enourmous advantage as a new agent.

They have spent the last four years growing their own client bases while still collaborating professionally, but the time has come when Randy and Gabe have decided to build a brad based upon their teamwork. "From the beginning, we knew we would eventurally run our business under one name," explaines Randy. "Although we have earch has a great deal of success with our own transactions, and  wanted to maintain our own professional identities while building a strong foundations for our team, we realized that now is the opportune time for us to officially join forces."

That foundation has been reinforced by professional recognition within Prudential Realty. For the past three consecutive years, Randy and Gabe have earned the honorable CHairman's Circle Diamond Award, which is the highest recognition awarded for sales volume and production. They have also been named Orange County's top ten prudential agents since 2003 and in 2005, escalated to #6 in Orange COunty for the highest number for transactions for Prudential California Realty. In additon, each won the coveted Rookie of the Year awarded in his first year of business. There can be no doubt that these REALTORS are committed to excellence!

"Together, we offer an even greater benefit for our clients," ovserves Gabe. "So often, REALTORS are pulled into the cycle of trying to accomplish everything themselves. There are times when the agent will be tugged in too many different directions. Our client satisfaction is higher because, working as a team, one if not both of us is always available during the transaction."

Randy and Gabe specialize in Laguna Niguel, Ladera Ranch, and the communities that surround the two city areas. With Randy residing in laguna Niguel & Gabe in Ladera Ranch, they have the unique opportunity to offer an in-depth knowledge of both communities, and to boast a strong market presence in their respective areas of expertise as well as in other cities within Southern Orange County.

Gabe expalins his approach to buildig a strong foundation of knowledge on the Ladera Ranch area. "I moved here three years ago," he says "it's a unique community, and I saw a wonderful opportunity to specialize. From meeting with new developers to acquiring information about the neighborhoods that were growing, to learning the floor plans of model homes, I did the reasearch that would enable me to become an area specialist." Now Randy and Gabe are Prudentials' number one agents in Ladera Ranch for listings sold! And because many of their clients express an interest in both Laguna Niguel and Ladera Ranch, the team's ability to offer a thorough understanding of the areas' ammenities and resources provides another service incentive.

They work with a varied level of clientele, a proverbial "soup to nuts" melange of everything from first-time buyers to estate properties. Randy recalls one year in which be simultaneoudly represented listings for the least expensive and most expensive properties on the market in Laguna Niguel, one at $149,000 and the other at over $8 Million! "Our approach to working with clients is that we serve everone who needs assistance in the residential real estate marked," he asserts. "we believe in the culture of helping others, and don't find much value in the pratice of specializing with customers who fall with in certain economic niche."

Regardless of the price range within which they are working, Randy and Gabe aim to offer a superior "mint on the pillow" level of real estate service. "When I entered this business, I found a culture of service that we strive to manintain today," explains Randy. "We truly respect out industry and out clients," explains Gabe, "and that is evident in our approach to business on every level. From dressing in professional attire every day to the manner in which we treat our clients and colleagues, we take pride in what we do. This isn't a hobby that we're dabbling in: we're serious about our careers and hold ourselves to the highest professional standards."

In their efforts to continue to offer exceptional service, Randy and Gabe employ professional business coaches, and say that the opportunity to learn from the industry experts has benefited them as well as their clients. "Professional athletes use coaches, and becuase we wnat to be at the pinnacle of our game, we also unilize experts who eill ensure that we are pushing ourselves to constantly improve upon our knowledge and service," says Randy. "Through our netowrk, we are able to lear the strategies and technological advances that are making a difference in markeplaces thoughout the United States. We have access to the best of the best, and we're able to funnel that to our customers."

Randy also offers his services as a mentor agent within the Prudential network, training agents who are transitioning from other companies as well as those who are newly licensed. In seven years, he syas he has had the opportunity to coach hundreds of fellow REALTORS.Randy is also a certified business coach for Success Strategies Institute, though which he coaches agnts all over the country, helping them to raise their games.

As dedicated as they are to their profession, both Randy and Gabe are also well-rounded individuals who enjoy their time away from work.  Married twenty-eight years tohis wife, Forean, Randy is close to his family, which includes their daughter, Chadnie and sone Chase who is a senior at the University of Arizona. Randy and Dorean love to travel. They travel often to New England, where they watch the seasons change at the local bed and breakfast inns. Rand and Dorean recently returned from a trip to Japan which was Doreans's suprise to Randy for his 50th birthday. When at home, Randy can be seen with an exotic bird or each ar. "Harley" an Umbrella Cockatoo and "Cooper" a Blue and Gold Macaw are Randy's pride and joy.  "I love spending time with my birds," says Randy. "They are my form of relazxing." He is also actively involved with the local YMCA's annual fundraising.

Gabe enjoys walking around the neighborhood with his wife, Chadnie, their baby Eva and their two dogs. Since the arrival of Eva in January, Gabe explains waht a positive impace his daughter has had in his life. "It is amazing how she is changing daily so quickly befor our eyes," he muses. "When I look into her big blue yees, my heart just melts. Now that she is interacting and playing with us more we are having so much fun. We get lot less sleep then we were used to, but it is definitely worth it." One thing that Gabe and Chadnie enjoyed before their daughter was born, was to explore new resturants. Today, eating at home has become a more frequent tradition. However, they were recently able to take Eva to their favorite Sushi Bar. Surprisingly enough, she enjoyed herself so much that going out to dinner may be something they can continue to savor.

With a growing bas of loyal clients, Randy and Gabe see the opportunity  to add support personnel to their team so that they can continue to offer thier customers the exceptional service that they have come to expect and appreciate."We want to remain connected to our clients, and to have the honor of increasing our base of loyal customers. One of the highest compliments that we can recieve is to have a past client refer a friend or family member to us. We have earned a high repeat and referral rate, and plan to continue to offer the services that keep our customers happy."
